Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Sales Consultant to execute property marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across three properties in the Gilbert area. You will guide prospects through tours, process applications, and prepare leases, ensuring occupancy and revenue targets are met.

You will manage follow-ups, track data in CRM systems, and collaborate with Lifestyle Coordinators to boost resident engagement while upholding Greystar’s service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in sales, marketing, internet and customer service to resolve issues and complete records.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to explain apartment features and answer questions.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, and prepare leases to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Record move-in information and maintain accurate resident data.
• Monitor market conditions and adjust marketing plans to sustain occupancy and market rent.
• Design marketing events to drive traffic and referrals and utilize online tools.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and meeting renewing residents in advance.
