Job summary

Planet Fitness in Oshkosh, WI seeks a high-energy Fitness Trainer to lead the PE@PF program and guide members toward their fitness goals. You will design simple workouts and instruct proper equipment use in small group classes, while delivering friendly service at the front desk and tours for prospective members.

Qualifications

• Passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude.
• Punctual and reliable behavior.
• Exceptional customer service skills; positive and professional with members.
• Strong listening and empathy; problem solving.
• Diplomacy in all interactions and appropriate language.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• Excellent knowledge of Exercise Science.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program as scheduled.
• Consult with members on fitness goals and teach proper equipment use.
• Create bi-weekly updates with varied exercises.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and traffic.
• Assist front desk tasks: answer phones, sign-ups, tours for prospects.
• Answer member questions promptly and escalate to management when needed.
