Planet Fitness is seeking a dedicated Fitness Trainer to run the PE@PF program and help new members achieve their fitness goals by designing a simple workout plan and guiding proper equipment use.

Responsibilities include recruiting members to classes, logging sessions, assisting with tours, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering exceptional customer service while upholding PF policies and the Judgement Free philosophy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• Nationally credited training certification required (ACE/NASM/ISSA/NCSF).

Responsabilités

• Recruiting new and existing members to take classes.
• Logging classes after each session.
• Assisting members on walk arounds.
• Cleaning assigned section of equipment each shift.
• Locker room checks every 15 minutes, at start and end of shift.
• Be a brand ambassador by leading a Judgement Free lifestyle.
• Uphold PF policies in the facility.
• Conduct and run the PE@PF program, including scheduling.
• Instruct members on proper and safe equipment use.
• Create bi-weekly exercise updates.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and traffic.
• Assist front desk duties: answer phones, check-in, new member sign-up, tours.
• Respond to questions promptly and escalate as needed.
