Qualifications
- 1–2 years of group fitness or personal training experience preferred.
- Collaborative, dependable, and positive team mindset.
- Knowledge of body mechanics and movement patterns.
Responsibilities
- Lead dynamic, full-body group workouts with confidence and energy.
- Motivate members to reach and exceed fitness goals.
- Coach proper form and technique throughout classes.
- Demonstrate and coach using Orangetheory equipment.
Skills
Passion for fitness
Coaching and motivating others
Strong understanding of exercise physiology
Ability to offer class modifications
Education
Current certification from an Orangetheory-approved organization (ACE, NASM, ACSM, AFAA, etc.) plus AED/CPR
