Job summary

A fitness coaching studio in Grand Blanc is seeking passionate, high-energy coaches to lead heart-rate-based, technology-tracked workouts. You will motivate members, ensure safety, and foster a positive environment. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for fitness, relevant certifications, and experience in group fitness or personal training. This role offers competitive compensation based on class sizes, growth opportunities, and a supportive environment focused on coaching excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of group fitness or personal training experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of exercise physiology, body mechanics, and movement patterns.
• Collaborative, dependable, and positive team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead dynamic, pre-designed, full-body group workouts with confidence and energy.
• Motivate and connect with members to help them reach and exceed their fitness goals.
• Coach proper form, technique, and safety throughout every class.
• Offer modifications to meet a wide range of fitness levels and needs.
• Demonstrate and coach using Orangetheory equipment and technology.
• Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive, and high-energy studio culture.

As an Orangetheory Fitness Coach, you’ll lead heart-rate-based, technology-tracked, science-backed workouts that challenge, inspire, and transform lives.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

Compensation

• $25-75 per class based on class size
• $16 per hour for duties outside of Coaching (Member calls, attending events, etc.)
