Job summary

West Coast Fitness LLC in California seeks a Fitness Coach to guide Orangetheory-style workouts, motivate members, and ensure safe, effective sessions.

You will lead a minimum of 8 classes per week, maintain proper form, and engage with studio culture while complying with safety standards and certification requirements. This on-site role offers per-class pay and opportunities for continuing education.

Qualifications

• Current fitness certification from an approved education company (ACE, NASM, AFAA, NSCA, ACSM)
• AED/CPR certification current
• 10+ hours/year CEU outside OTF curriculum

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Ensure correct form and provide corrections
• Understand heart-rate-based training science
• Be a team player
• Coach a minimum of 8 classes per week
• Immerse yourself in studio culture
