Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness -- West Coast Fitness is seeking Fitness Coaches to lead our science-backed, heart-rate-based workouts. You will motivate members, ensure proper form, and help them reach personal goals in a supportive studio environment.

Qualifications

• Current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness (ACE, NASM, AFAA, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA).
• AED/CPR certificate; ongoing CE hours (10+ per year) outside OTF curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-defined workouts and motivate members through sessions.
• Assist members in setting and achieving goals and monitor form for safety.
• Understand heart-rate-based training concepts and studio science.
• Be a team player and immerse in studio culture; coach at least 8 classes per week.
