Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 6 months to 2 years of related experience in a customer/member service, financial institution, or sales/retail environment.
• Experience in customer or financial services is preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Process members' financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Cross-sell appropriate products and services to meet member needs.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union products, services, policies and procedures.
• Resolve member questions and complaints and provide courteous service.
• Assist with branch duties, audits, and everyday operations as needed.
