Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Merchandiser to perform in-store product merchandising across large-volume grocery accounts. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, rotating products, setting up displays, loading and unloading cases, and delivering excellent customer service on a consistent schedule.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. The role involves physical duties, including lifting 20–45 lb cases, bending, and moving products between backrooms and sales floors.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising or grocery operations.
• Ability to lift and move cases weighing 20–45 pounds.
• Strong attention to display quality and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location using equipment
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management
• Build customer relationships at the store level
• Comply with operating procedures (e.g., scan-in/scan-out)
• Service accounts during designated times established by management
• Deliver customer service (communication, rapport building)
• Ability to operate under minimal supervision
• Use hand held devices to write/input orders
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
