Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a field Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, and set up displays in large-volume grocery accounts. You will transport products between backrooms and sales floors, update stock levels, and maintain neat backroom organization while building relationships with store personnel.

The role requires lifting 20–45 lb cases, ability to work independently, and regular travel to multiple store locations. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition.
