Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a merchandise associate to stock shelves, rotate products, and set up displays across large-volume grocery accounts. The role involves moving cases (20–45 lbs), using equipment like hand trucks and pallet jacks, and maintaining organized backrooms.

The position requires reliable attendance, ability to work with minimal supervision, and strong communication with store managers and PepsiCo staff. A valid driver’s license and access to transportation are necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Comply with operating procedures and designated routes.
• Service accounts during designated times established by management.
• Deliver customer service including communication and attentiveness to customer needs.
