UFC GYM Pittsburgh is seeking a Street Team Member to create excitement at events and everyday locations, engaging the public and driving QR code scans for the free one-month offer.

This role emphasizes energetic outreach, professional representation of the UFC GYM brand, and a flexible, on-site schedule across various community venues. Training and wellness resources are provided, with base hourly pay plus commission per QR scan.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic and comfortable initiating conversations with strangers.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently in the field.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for shifts in varying weather.
• Smartphone required for QR code verification and shift communication.
• Preferred: experience in field marketing or promotions.
• Interest in fitness and UFC GYM brand.

Responsibilities

• Represent UFC GYM professionally at marketing locations and engage the public.
• Direct prospects to scan the QR code for the offer.
• Respond to objections using approved talking points.
• Relocate within locations to maximize foot traffic.
• Complete shift checklists and report QR scan totals to management.
• Adhere to safety and conduct guidelines while in the field.
