Job summary

UFC GYM Pittsburgh seeks a Brand Ambassador to help build awareness and engagement around club promotions. You will represent the UFC GYM brand in the local community, engage with guests, and support events and activations.

Responsibilities include outreach, distributing promotional materials, maintaining an active social media presence, and collaborating with the management team during community events. Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of customer engagement and communication practices.
• General knowledge of the fitness industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods.
