Job summary

Champion Window is seeking a Field Marketer to engage prospects at events, home shows, and festivals as a brand ambassador for Champion Windows and Home Exterior products.

You will schedule appointments, demonstrate products at events, and support sales with in-home estimates, booth setup, and social media participation. This role rewards with hourly pay plus a commission structure and requires weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and competitive spirit.

• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Able to work well in a team or independently.
• Able to stand 8–10 hours and walk 4–8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Approach and engage prospects at events, shows, conventions, and fairs.
• Door-to-door residential appointment setting.
• Maintain appearance and attire.
• Maintain a positive attitude in the workplace.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions.
• Schedule in-home estimate appointments for sales team.
• Assist with booth setup and breakdown.
• Contribute to social media and company culture.
