Champion Window is seeking a Field Marketer to represent our brand at events and home shows, canvassing neighborhoods and engaging potential customers. You will schedule appointments, demonstrate products, and drive lead generation while maintaining a positive, energetic demeanor.

Base pay is $20.00–$22.00 per hour plus commission. Top performers can earn substantial weekly commissions, with pay influenced by location and experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Self-motivated and competitive spirit.
• Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Approach prospects while canvassing at events.
• Door-to-door residential appointment setting.
• Maintain professional appearance.
• Display a positive attitude in the workplace.
• Be up-to-date with current product knowledge and promotions.
• Schedule in-home estimate appointments for sales team.
• Assist with booth setup and breakdown.
• Contribute to internal social media platforms and company culture efforts.
• Utilize data entry on multiple forms of mobile technology.
