The role offers an hourly base pay of $20.00 to $22.00 plus commission, with additional earnings potential from weekly commissions. Weekend work is required, and travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with canvassing and at-home show settings.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospects at events and canvass in assigned areas.
• Schedule appointments and set in-home estimates for the sales team.
• Demonstrate Champion Windows and Home Exterior products at events.
• Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Assist with booth setup/breakdown and social media contributions.
• Travel up to 10%.
