Job summary

Champion Window is seeking a Field Marketer for events and canvassing. This part-time role involves engaging prospects, setting in-home estimates, and supporting booth setup at events. You will represent Champion Product lines as a brand ambassador and drive appointments for the sales team.

The role offers hourly base pay of $17.00–$18.00 plus commission, with additional weekly commission potential. Weekend work is required, and travel is expected up to about 10%.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and strong communication skills.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation; weekend work required.
• Ability to stand 8–10 hours and walk 4–8 hours.
• Willing to travel about 10%.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospects via canvassing, home shows, events, and fairs.
• Schedule in-home estimate appointments for the sales team.
• Assist with booth setup/breakdown and social media contributions.
• Maintain appearance standards and product knowledge.
