In this paid role, you will conduct door-to-door outreach to introduce our offerings, generate new leads, and build relationships with potential customers through enthusiastic and professional conversations. You will follow up to answer questions, schedule appointments, or close sales, maintain accurate records of outreach and progress, and collaborate with teammates to refine marketing strategies.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is highly desirable.
• Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership and team coordination skills
• Bilingual abilities are beneficial for connecting with a broader range of customers
• Familiarity with door-to-door canvassing or fundraising campaigns enhances effectiveness
• Strong communication skills, including active listening and persuasive speaking
• Ability to negotiate confidently while maintaining professionalism and integrity
• Experience in marketing or promoting products/services in a face-to-face setting is advantageous
