Responsibilities

• Selects cases of products and organizes them on pallets for shipment.
• Prioritizes accuracy and quality in work assignments.
• Performs tasks safely and follows SOPs; addresses safety issues.
• Assists other Partners with technical matters and processes.
• Completes tasks timely to support on-time trailer releases.
• Ensures productivity goals are met at individual and team levels.
• Operates equipment per SOPs to prevent damage.
• Keeps work environment clean and well-maintained.
• Handles order select/fulfillment with accuracy and care.
• Loads and unloads materials in an organized manner.
