The ideal candidate has an active FNP license, 1+ year of recent primary care/family medicine or urgent care experience, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Active FNP license in the relevant state.
• 1+ year of recent NP experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC is required.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic and treatment skills.
• Knowledge of chronic disease management and quality measures.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary and family care including assessments, diagnoses and follow-up.
• Evaluate and treat common illnesses and health conditions.
• Conduct routine physicals, screenings and diagnostic tests.
• Educate patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals for continuity.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and schedules.
• Support clinic admin tasks and appointment management.
• Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment.
• Work both independently and with the clinical care team.
