Responsibilities

• Routine plumbing repairs in restrooms, water fountains, and prep kitchen
• Routine electrical repairs, including lamp replacements, resetting circuit breakers
• HVAC filter replacements
• Drywall repairs/painting
• Operate Building Fire Alarm System
• Inspect fire extinguishers monthly
• Snow removal from sidewalks, curbs, and loading dock areas
• Lawn maintenance (mowing, weeding, trimming)
• Police grounds and entrances to buildings for debris and dispose of waste
• Clean restrooms and restock supplies; schedule with Client/Contractor
• Mop spills and clean high-touch surfaces
• Follow OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens/Bodily Waste Clean-Up procedures
• Set up/breakdown for events and light maintenance
• Receive/store supply deliveries
• Report safety issues to Management
• Lift/move materials up to 55 lbs
• On-call with mobile device for security/PMM alerts
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies
