Job summary

PMM Companies is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Day Porter to join our team in Maryland. The role requires janitorial experience and English communication. You will clean buildings, remove debris, and keep areas neat and tidy, including floors, carpets, windows, and restrooms.

The position involves light maintenance and responding to tenant requests. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with an hourly pay rate of $18.00.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean outside grounds.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Empty trash and clean surfaces in buildings.
• Monitor building security and safety after hours.
• Steam-clean carpets.
• Wash windows and mirrors with cleaners.
• Dust and scrub surfaces.
• Apply wax and sealant to floors.
• Restroom cleaning and disinfection.
• Light maintenance tasks and respond to tenant requests.
