Susquehanna Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an energetic F&I Manager to oversee finance and insurance for vehicle sales and ensure a smooth transition from sale to delivery. You will work with the sales team to tailor financing options and drive a superior customer experience.

The role requires integrity, professional presentation, and a desire to grow within the automotive industry. Previous dealership F&I or sales ops experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of high performance in sales or related field.

• High School Diploma; business/finance education advantageous.
• Experience in automotive dealership sales operations; preference for Agent Services Contract.
