Job summary

High Bar Brands is seeking an Extruder Operator in Brighton, MI to safely and efficiently run plastic extrusion equipment for mud flap manufacturing. You will perform quality checks, monitor output, and ensure smooth production flow.

Responsibilities include starting up the extruder, adjusting settings for optimal sheet output, performing basic maintenance, and keeping the workspace clean. Overtime and strict safety adherence are expected, with forklift/overhead crane usage as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read/write and understand English.
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Start extrusion process and monitor material flow.
• Adjust equipment to maintain sheet output quality.
• Perform routine maintenance/calibration on machinery.

Extruder Operator

Salary Range: $18.00 To $21.00 Hourly

Summary/Objective

Operatorsareresponsibleforthesafeandefficientoperationofplasticextrusionequipmentthatisusedtoproducethe poly material used for mud flap manufacturing.Perform work quality checks and monitor machine output.

• Safely operate a Forklift and overhead crane to move material or equipment as needed.
