Job summary

Legends Event Center is seeking an Events Team Member in Bryan, TX to help deliver outstanding guest experiences during sports and entertainment events. You will handle setup, run shows, assist with tournaments, and ensure smooth operations from start to finish.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in sports or recreation, strong safety focus, and customer-service excellence. Responsibilities include coordinating activities, managing equipment, and communicating updates to teammates and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Experience in sports or recreation environments is preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills are essential.
• Ability to coordinate events and assist with tournaments.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and friendly service to all guests and staff.
• Ensure proper setup and breakdown of equipment, sound systems, scoreboards, signage, and other equipment as needed.
• Assist with coordinating tournaments and special events.
• Ensure all event details are executed as planned.
• Ensure games start on time and are scored accurately.
• Professionally resolve guest concerns and complaints and/or direct to appropriate Manager.
• Monitor all game play areas including turf and courts.
• Maintain and control trash in all areas of the venue.
• Communicate issues and updates to supervisor and team members.
• Assist with coordination of all venue programming and events.
• Be knowledgeable about prices, leagues, and events.
• Report incidents to management.
• Know and enforce facility policies and rules.
• All other duties as assigned.
