Live! Casino Virginia is seeking a Special Events & Promotions Coordinator to support the Special Events & Promotions Manager in creating, promoting and executing diverse events on and off property.

The role emphasizes event planning, VIP services, and strong hosting capabilities within a fast-paced casino environment. A Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field is preferred, and the team values adaptability and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and executing public and private events.
• VIP services and hosting experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple events, timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to program development to help the department achieve its goals.
• Ensures patrons are treated promptly and professionally during promotions or events.
• Assists in arranging entertainment for special events and promotions.
• Handles patron and team member questions or issues pertaining to promotions or events.
• Plans and executes events and promotions on time and within budget.
• Supports marketing programs and analyzes performance of promotions.
