Job summary

Grady Event EMS is seeking a certified Paramedic to provide emergency medical care in the pre-hospital environment, following established protocols. You will ensure readiness of ambulances and equipment and transport patients to and from predetermined locations with safety and compassion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Georgia Paramedic certification is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Valid Georgia driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provides emergency medical care to patients in the pre-hospital environment in accordance with established medical protocols.
• Ensures assigned emergency vehicles and equipment are in an acceptable state of readiness always.
• Provides safe and effective care and transportation of patients to and from predetermined locations.
• Will be held accountable for exemplifying excellent service behavior and timely responsiveness to co-workers, patients, clients, visitors, physicians and vendors.
