Job summary

Florida Window and Door is seeking outgoing, motivated individuals to join our event marketing sales team, both weekday and weekend shifts available. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, working on a team, and earning commission in addition to base pay.

You will represent our brand at fairs, festivals, home shows and local expos, promoting our Category 5 high impact resistant windows and doors to homeowners across the state of Florida.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
• Sales-minded and/or experience in lead generation/appointment writing.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Must be available to work either weekdays and/or weekends.
• Reliable transportation to event locations.
• Bilingual a plus.
