Leaf Home is seeking outgoing, energetic individuals to join our event marketing team as part-time Event Marketers at trade shows, fairs, festivals, and events across the Salisbury, MD area. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and capture leads for our sales team.

The role emphasizes high energy, strong communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while meeting lead targets. Training is provided, with pay and growth opportunities tied to performance.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality suitable for public engagement at events.
• High energy and ability to captivate potential customers.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and punctuality at events.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage show flows.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques.
• Work well without close supervision but always keeping the manager informed
• Generate and Data Capture show leads for our award-winning products
• Event set up and tear down (ability to lift to 50 pounds)
