Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking outgoing, energetic individuals to join the event marketing team as Part-time Event Marketers at trade shows, fairs, festivals, and events throughout the Ocean City area. You will attend pre-scheduled events and generate leads for our local office while engaging potential customers with high-energy product demonstrations.

The role requires weekend availability, a reliable vehicle, and a smartphone for timekeeping and lead submissions.

Qualifications

Weekend availability is required.
Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
Attention to detail and punctual.
Self-motivated with strong communication and product demonstration skills.
High energy, able to stand for extended periods.
Smartphone required for timekeeping and lead submissions.
Ability to generate and capture qualified show leads.

Responsibilities

Attend pre-scheduled events (trade shows, fairs, festivals, community events) to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Demonstrate Leaf Home products with high energy and engaging interactions.
Capture and submit leads using the company system; meet or exceed lead targets.
Assist with event setup and teardown as needed; lift up to 50 pounds.
