Erie Home is seeking an Event Marketer to attend pre-scheduled events and generate leads for the local office. You will engage attendees, demonstrate products, and work at trade shows, fairs, and community events to grow the sales pipeline.

The role targets exceeding lead targets set by the Event Marketing Manager, with opportunities for growth into management and a starting pay of $18 per hour plus commission. Flexible scheduling and paid training are offered.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle with valid license.
• Self-motivated with ability to educate potential customers about products.
• High energy and ability to stand for extended periods at events.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations with high energy.
• Work with minimal supervision while keeping the manager informed.
• Generate and data-capture show leads for products.
• Set up and tear down events (lift up to 50 pounds).
