Job summary

Erie Home in Toledo, OH is seeking an energetic Event Marketer to attend pre-scheduled events, demonstrate products, and generate qualified leads for our growing sales team. You will engage with attendees, deliver high-energy demonstrations, and help drive lead targets at trade shows, fairs and community events.

We offer starting pay of $18 per hour plus commissions, paid weekly, with training and room for growth in a fast-moving, industry-leading roofing solutions company.

Qualifications

• Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
• Attention to detail and punctual.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line.
• High level of energy, engagement and standing for extended periods of time at events.
• Ability to utilize our proven system to generate qualified leads for our rapidly growing company.
• Must have a smartphone to use the Company timekeeping application and submit leads.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques.
• Work well without close supervision but always keeping the manager informed.
• Generate and Data Capture show leads for our award-winning products.
• Event set up and tear down (ability to lift to 50 pounds).
