Qualifications

• Previous catering experience is required.
• A valid driver\'s license may be required; must have or obtain a food handler\'s permit and/or alcohol servers\' permit where state law requires.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and deliver all foods and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations.
• Log and maintain food temperatures.
• Arrange tables and decorations for events.
• Set up buffet tables with food and beverages according to standards.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Clean the location after events and return equipment to the facility.
• Return leftover food and equipment promptly to the catering facility.
• Stock and maintain catering facility and equipment.
