Job summary

Bon Appétit Management Company in Santa Monica is hiring for a full-time Catering Attendant to deliver and serve food at scheduled functions under the catering captain's supervision. The role requires prior catering, serving, guest services, or event experience to ensure accurate execution of events.

You may drive a catering delivery truck, set up and break down setups, maintain food temperatures, and return leftovers promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous catering, serving, guest services, and event experience is required.
• Valid driver's license may be required; must obtain a food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain.
• Ensures the accurate execution of all events during the shift.
• May drive a catering delivery truck; sets up and serves at functions.
• Cleans event area during and after events; returns leftovers and equipment promptly.
• Maintains food temperatures and ensures a safe, clean work environment.
