Responsibilities

• The RN provides care to Emergency Room patients using the Nursing Process.
• Maintains clinical competencies through ongoing education and training.
• Supervises and directs assigned staff to deliver patient care.
• Ensures compliance with hospital policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provides patient/family education and coordinates transitions of care.
