Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Sr. Inside Sales Representative in Hyattsville, MD to act as the front-line contact for customers, understand equipment needs, and place rental orders.

The role blends sales with strong administrative duties and may support dispatch logistics. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in equipment rental (or a 4-year degree plus 1 year in rental experience) and shows excellent customer service, communication, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.
• DOT Qualification process completion preferred.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist telephone and walk-in customers with equipment rentals.
• Negotiate and place orders; front-line contact with customers.
• Support logistics for equipment delivery and train other team members as needed.
