Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of construction equipment, serving as the company’s front-line contact with customers and ensuring orders meet customer needs.

The role requires strong customer service, basic administrative skills, and knowledge of equipment offered. A High School diploma and a valid driver's license are required, with bilingual ability a plus in some locations.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of all types of construction/industrial equipment.
• Understand customer equipment needs and negotiate/place orders.
• Deliver customer satisfaction through professional attitude and strong administrative skills.
• Support front-line contact with customers and provide excellent service.
