Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s license required.
• At least 3 years in equipment rental or 4-year degree + 1 year preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.
• Strong customer service & telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.
• DOT Qualification process preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist telephone and walk-in customers with equipment rentals.
• Serve as front-line contact with customers; understand needs and place orders.
• Negotiate and process rental orders; provide exceptional customer service.
