Job summary

Aionios LLC in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an Environmental & Toxic Tort Attorney with 2–7 years of experience to join its nationally recognized Am Law 100 practice. You will work on sophisticated environmental and toxic tort litigation for major clients and collaborate with leading practitioners.

Responsibilities include defending complex matters, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery and depositions, and participating in hearings and trial preparation while developing strategic litigation

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of environmental, toxic tort, or complex civil litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral advocacy and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage litigation matters independently in a fast-paced environment.
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active California Bar admission required.

Responsibilities

• Defending complex environmental and toxic tort litigation matters.
• Handling cases involving benzene, PFAS, heavy metals, silica, solvents, mold, and asbestos exposure.
• Assisting with Proposition 65 and class action litigation.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and other litigation filings.
• Conducting legal research, discovery, and depositions.
• Participating in hearings, mediations, trial preparation, and other litigation proceedings.
• Developing litigation strategy while working directly with experienced attorneys and clients.
