Qualifications

• Active admission to the state Bar in California.
• 3+ years of civil defense litigation experience preferred.
• Experience in toxic tort, environmental litigation, or complex litigation matters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage toxic tort and environmental litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Defend corporate clients in matters involving asbestos, silica, and other toxic exposure claims.
• Conduct and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses.
