Qualifications

• Ability to build rapport with teachers and staff.
• Displays working knowledge of Indiana Academic Standards.
• Ability to effectively communicate in various situations.

Responsibilities

• Develop Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) for all EL students.
• Monitor Fluent English Proficient (FEP) students.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers for instructional strategies.
• Assist in administering language proficiency tests.

Bachelor’s Degree
