Qualifications

Technical diploma required.
Two years (4,000 hours) EMS/EMT related experience; 1 year (2,000 hours) in past five years.
Wisconsin EMS licensure at instructional level; Wisconsin Instructor I; must obtain Instructor II within six months.
National Registry certification at instructional level or higher.

Responsibilities

Face-to-face classroom, laboratory and field instruction.
Hybrid and online instruction.
Deliver learner-centered EMS instruction aligned with Nicolet College’s mission and values.
Provide coaching to help students master competencies.
Maintain attendance, grading and student records.
Utilize instructional technology and LMS effectively.
Participate in curriculum development and program initiatives.
