This role requires extensive contact with clients, government agencies and opposing counsel and offers growth in a sophisticated practice.

Duties include legal research, drafting memoranda, motions and pleadings, attending court conferences, handling discovery, drafting position statements and dispositive motions, and

Qualifications

• JD required and must remain licensed to practice law in Georgia.
• 3+ years of employment litigation experience required.
• Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal research and draft memoranda, motions and pleadings.
• Attend court conferences and manage discovery-related activities.
• Draft position statements and dispositive motions and counsel clients on employment-law matters.
