Job summary

HMFP / APHMFP is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to join the Emergency Department team at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth in Plymouth, MA. You will provide direct patient care in the ED under a licensed physician, support physicians, and help manage Fast Track and BHU patients.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner required.
• Massachusetts state licensure and MA Board authorization to practice required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications preferred.
• Prescriptive authority from MA DPH-DCP and Federal DEA required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department under supervision of a physician.
• Support physicians and manage Fast Track and Behavioral Health Unit patients.
• Contribute to a collaborative, physician-led practice with standardized clinical practices and integrated EHR.
