Responsibilities include assessments, administering treatments, documentation, and collaboration with the care team to ensure smooth patient flow and effective discharge instructions.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in Florida or multi-state license.
• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program.
• PALS certification.
• 1 year of Acute Care ER RN experience.

Aufgaben

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, including evaluation of presenting symptoms, vital signs, and changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed intervention in accordance with provider orders and facility policies.
• Monitor patient responses to treatment and promptly communicate changes.
• Assist with procedures, stabilization efforts and other time-sensitive interventions.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in the EHR.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Provide clear discharge instructions, patient education and communication with families when appropriate.
