Responsibilities

• Adhere to the Connecticut Code of Professional Responsibility and ensure student safety.
• Prepares lesson plans that meet objectives and use appropriate instructional techniques.
• Communicate with parents and attend conferences to discuss student progress.
• Maintain accurate records and assess student learning on an ongoing basis.
• Follow the Windham instructional program scope and sequence as defined by the district.
• Design instruction to meet diverse learner needs and maintain a positive classroom environment.
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents and collaborate with the Administrator as needed.
