Responsibilities

• Identify common learning targets using standards to guide instruction.
• Plan daily and weekly units aligned with standards to support student growth.
• Establish clear objectives for lessons and communicate them to students.
• Instruct students individually and in groups using diverse teaching methods.
• Adapt methods to meet diverse student needs and assess understanding with formative checks.
• Provide meaningful feedback and opportunities for student and parent feedback.
• Collaborate with school staff to support student learning and planning.

Education

Bachelor’s degree

Wisconsin DPI teaching license in Music (500/1500), Instrumental Music (505/1505), Vocal Music (510/1510 or 1511), or General Music (515/1515)
