Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Wisconsin DPI teaching license required.
• Applications considered on a rolling basis; must be licensed before employment.
• If not licensed, must obtain/maintain required license within 30 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Use standards (CCSS, SELS) to identify learning targets and plan instruction.
• Plan daily/weekly lessons to support student growth toward standards mastery.
• Develop year-long/course plans with essential questions and resources.
• Establish clear objectives for all lessons and communicate them to students.
• Provide meaningful feedback and adjust instruction based on data and observations.
• Collaborate with staff to support student learning and engage families.
