Responsibilities

• Identify learning targets using standards (CCSS, SELS, Language).
• Plan daily/weekly instruction to meet standards and objectives.
• Develop year-long/course plans with essential questions and resources.
• Set clear objectives for lessons, units, and projects.
• Teach individually and in groups using diverse methods to engage students.
• Adapt materials to meet diverse needs and interests.
• Provide frequent feedback and monitor understanding through assessments.
• Collaborate with staff and parents to support student learning.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (official transcripts required)

Wisconsin DPI teaching license in Music (500/1500) or related licenses

License acquisition within 30 days of starting (One-Year License with Stipulations)
