• Plans a program of study to meet students’ needs, interests and abilities.
• Creates a conducive classroom environment aligned with district goals.
• Guides learning toward district curriculum goals and communicates clear objectives for lessons and projects.
• Assesses student progress and provides reports; communicates with parents as needed.
• Maintains accurate records as required by law and district policy.
